Privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firm KLNB has closed 17 leases for Jersey Mike’s Subs across the DMV region over the past 18 months, for a total of nearly 27,000 square feet and a lease volume of $10.5 million.
KLNB principal Ryan Minnehan and retail specialist Michael Ginsburg exclusively represent Jersey Mike’s throughout Maryland and have played a key role in their growth strategy. KLNB has a long-standing partnership with Jersey Mike’s and has represented the company’s real estate interests throughout the DMV for eight years.
“KLNB has been instrumental in our rapid expansion throughout the region,” said Elizabeth Hutchison, Jersey Mike’s director of real estate. “Our growth strategy is aggressive, and we knew we needed a real estate partner that could ladder up to our goals. KLNB has been there every step of the way.”
