Samantha Fisher has joined Transwestern as director of workplace strategy. Based out of Transwestern’s Chicago office, she will focus on increasing operational efficiency for corporate space occupiers by consulting on workplace and portfolio strategies that support a people-first approach and align with the objectives and growth outlook of the core business.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sam to Transwestern,” said Tom Rogers, occupier solutions senior managing director. “As our industry evolves, a strategic understanding of workplace design is crucial, and Sam’s high level of experience will help us to better serve our clients and their needs.”
Fisher joins Transwestern from Citadel, where she served as the global head of facilities and services. While there, Fisher implemented a range of new operating models, including an employee experience communication model. Before that, she spent seven years at Capital One as the senior director of workplace experience.
