Avison Young is marketing a long-term lease and redevelopment opportunity at 132 W. 14th St., a seven-floor, 57,478-square-foot office building in Greenwich Village. The asking price wasn’t disclosed.
An Avison Young team of James Nelson, Todd Korren, Jon Epstein and David Lawrence is marketing the property.
The building includes 75 feet of frontage on 14th Street, offering retail potential, and branding and signage possibilities along one of Manhattan’s busiest east/west corridors.
“This is an ideal opportunity for an investor to lease and redevelop a unique Greenwich Village office building and create an exceptional space uniquely tailored for today’s workforce,” said Nelson.
He added, “TAMI firms such as Google, Lyft, Twitter and eBay dominate the area’s office leasing marke,t and are now so prevalent in Manhattan that they accounted for a third of the borough’s leasing in 2019.”
